Dispute Resolution

If the customer has a claim regarding the online store, we ask them to first contact Njom Foods OÜ by email at info@njomfoods.com.

If the customer and Njom Foods OÜ cannot reach an agreement in resolving the dispute, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is an independent and impartial body that resolves contractual disputes between consumers and traders registered in Estonia.

Only a consumer who has previously submitted a complaint to the trader may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. Dispute resolution by the committee is free of charge for both the consumer and the trader, and the outcome of the proceedings is generally reached within 90 days from the acceptance of the application.

The consumer also has the right to protect their rights by contacting a competent court or another competent supervisory authority.
